1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.201/2020 registered at Police Station- Masturi, District Bilaspur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 376 of Indian Penal Code.

2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
