It appears that this CRMP is filed within time, therefore, no order is required on delay. Accordingly, I.A. No.1/17 is disposed of.

Heard on the application for grant of leave to appeal. Considering the statement of the complainant Dev Kumari (PW-1), leave to appeal is granted.

Registry is directed to register the case as Acquittal Appeal.

Since both the respondents have been represented, no separate notice will be required, however, they are directed to furnish surety and bail bond to sum of Rs.25000/- each before the trial Court within a period of one month to secure their presence as and when needed. The bail bonds shall continue till the case is decided on merits.
