Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WP(227) No. 627/2018, which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 31.07.2018.

For the reason assigned in the said application and finding them to be satisfactory, the present MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed, subject to the petitioner's removing the defaults within a further period of one week, the present MCC stands allowed and WP(227) No. 627/2018 stands restored to its original number.
