This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants as they are in jail since 6.11.2020 and 10.11.2020 in connection with Crime No. 222/2020, registered at Police Station Pandariya, District Kabirdham (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the IPC.
