1. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an application on 8.8.2016 before the Tehsildar, Saraipali praying for correction in the revenue records regarding the entries in favour of the petitioner, which have been erroneously made and proceeding on that application is pending since then, without any progress. Hence, a specific direction be issued to Tehsildar i.e. respondent No.3 for expediting and concluding the proceeding on the application of the petitioner.

2. Learned State counsel submits that the appropriate orders may be passed.

-23. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed of at motion stage.

4. Respondent No.3 is hereby directed to expedite the proceeding pending on the application filed by the petitioner on 8.8.2016 and conclude the same, preferably, within a period of six months from today.
