She stated that she has strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant After arguing for sometime, Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application and also prays for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial. Accordingly, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
