1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue involved in the instant writ petition is fully covered by the decision rendered by the Court in WPS No.4860/2021 (Umesh Singh vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) on 13.09.2021 in which this Court in paragraphs No.6 to 8 held as under:- 6.Given the limited dispute that Petitioner has and the fact that the policy decision of the State Government specifically warrants absorption of the employees of M.P.S.R.T.C. to the different Departments of the State Government, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the Respondents No.1, 3 & 5 to take appropriate decision considering the claim of Petitioner for being absorbed.

7.Considering the fact that the Petitioner has already crossed the age of 59 years, let appropriate decision in this regard be taken by Respondents No.1, 3 & 5 within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

8.Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of.

2. Learned counsel for the parties would submit that the instant writ petition can be disposed of in the light of the observation and direction made by the Court in WPS No.4860/2021.

3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed off directing the respondents No.1, 3 & 5 to take appropriate decision within the period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
