Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order On Board 28/10/2021 Heard.

1. This petition has been brought being aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.2.

2. It is submitted that petitioner has made purchase of agricultural land by sale-deed dated 19.5.2021. She moved an application for mutation before the respondent No.3, but her application was dismissed. The petitioner has then preferred an appeal before the respondent No.2, which is pending so far without any progress. The petitioner is facing difficulties for the reason that the name of petitioners is not reflected in the revenue records and she has cultivated the land purchased,

hence, appropriate direction be issued.

3. Learned State counsel submits that appropriate order be passed.

4. After considering the submissions, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within a time frame of 60 days from today.
