1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 06/05/2019 sent by 3rd Additional District Judge, Durg for extension of time for final disposal of Civil Suit No. 46A/12.

2. This Court vide order dated 30/11/2018 had granted time of four months to learned trial Court to dispose of the Civil Suit No. 46A/12, which has not been complied with and further extension of time has been sought by the said Court below to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of two months is granted to the concerned trial Court to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. It is also made clear that the said civil suit has to be disposed of within two months finally and no more request letters sent by the concerned trial Court seeking further extension of time would be entertained in future.

5. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
