The appellants have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.408/2020, registered at Police Station Simga, District: BalodabazarBhatapara (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(Va), 3(1)(द), 3(1)(ध) of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
