The applicants have preferred these applications filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.125/2017 registered in Police Station Berla, Dist. Bemetara, for offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The deceased namely; Indira Gayakwad was married with Gyanchand about 5 years prior to the date of incident i.e. 9-3-2017. On the said date she suffered extensive burn injuries and died in the hospital. Statement of Meena Bai, mother of the deceased, is read out. There are omnibus allegations against all the relatives of the husband including the present applicants namely; Smt. Anita Bai (Jethani), Ku. Digeshwari @ Digu (Nanand) & Maheshwari @ Nema (Nanand).

Considering the fact that no specific role has been assigned to these applicants, who are ladies aged about 32 years, 22 years and 26 years; further considering the fact that they are in detention since 28-4-2017; and the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on bail. Accordingly, both the applications are allowed and the

applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
