1. The learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that vide order dated 19.02.2021 passed by the learned trial Court, the Petitioners have been acquitted of the charges filed against them and the case filed against them has already been dismissed.

2. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the writ petitions are dismissed. However, if there is any mis-communication or mis-representation of fact, the Petitioners are at liberty to revive the same again.
