Heard on application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying for correction in the order passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No. 5183 of 2019 on 13.08.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the first paragraph of the order, the Crime No. has been erroneously mentioned as 216 of 2019 which should have been mentioned as 116 of 2019. Hence, it is prayed that the application may be allowed. Learned counsel for the State has no opposition. After perusing the record of M.Cr.C. No.5183 of 2019, it is found that the Crime No. 116 of 2019 has been mentioned in the bail application as well as in the rejection of the order passed by the Court below. Therefore, I feel inclined to allow the application. It is ordered that in the first paragraph of M.Cr.C. No.5183 of 2019, the Crime No.216 of 2019 as mentioned in the order shall now

be read as 116 of 2019.

The copy of this order be made a part of the order dated 13.08.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5183 of 2019. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
