This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.438/2014, registered at Police StationSaraipali, District-Mahasamund (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the IPC.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any ground for grant of bail to the applicant as death occurred within two years from the date of marriage.

Consequently, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. 4.
