1. Aggrieved by the order Annexure P/1 dated 13.10.2021, the present writ petition has been filed. Vide the impugned order, the petitioner's place of posting has been shifted from the Narmadapur Range Mainpat, Forest Division, Surguja to fling squad, Forest Range Surguja.

2. Considering the place of posting which the petitioner has to shift and the fact that the order is not in-fact an order of posting but is only a change of place of posting, this Court is of the opinion that there is hardly any scope for this Court to interferer with the impugned order. However, in case, if the

petitioner is still aggrieved of the impugned order, he would be at liberty to approach the respondents No. 2 & 3 by way of a suitable representation, which upon being made, the authorities concerned are expected to take an appropriate decision on its own merits in accordance with law at the earliest.
