This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.93/2015, registered at Police Station-Arjuni, District-Dhamtari (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the IPC. 2.
After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application and the trial Court be directed to expedite the trial as number of prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
