This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 19/2015, registered at Police Station Ramkola, District Surajpur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 420/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after filing of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
