1. The report of the Jail Superintendent, Raigarh submitted by the State Counsel be taken on record.

2. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that after being released from the jail, the present Appellant has never contacted her and that the report of the State shows that he has already completed entire sentence period and has been released on 06.09.2016. In the light of the report that the entire jail sentence has been completed and also the Appellant has not shown any interest to pursue the appeal any further, she does not want to contest the Criminal Appeal any further.
