1. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that though initially an order was passed giving rise to this contempt petition but later on, upon legal advice, the said order dated 01.12.2020 has been withdrawn by subsequent order dated 24.12.2020 and the petitioner is allowed to continue and salary is also being paid as contractual employee.

2. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
