The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.292/2016 registered in Police Station Dongergaon, Dist. Rajnandgaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though there is some delay in lodging the FIR, but considering the contents of FIR and the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to repeat the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
