2. Mr. K.K. Singh, Government Advocate is present in the Court.

3. The Family Court, Bilaspur has requested for extension of time for final disposal of the matter vide its memo dated 27.11.2020 stating lockdown and limited functioning of the Court as the reason for non conclusion of the matter within the stipulated time.

4. Considering the aforesaid reason, we are inclined to extend the period for further two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order by the concerned Family Court.

5. Registry shall do well to forward a copy of this order to the concerned Family Court within one week from today.
