1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an application under the Family Planning Indemnity Scheme as well as an additional representation.

2. The prayer is just, fair and reasonable.

3. If such a representation is made by the petitioner, the

respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's entitlement in accordance with law keeping in view that the petitioner's case remained pending for fairly long time and that she is an illiterate woman who is claimed to have suffered by the failure of sterilization operation. The application of the petitioner may be considered sympathetically within 45 days from today. If adverse order is passed against the petitioner, the petitioner is free to revive this petition, in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
