1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.76/2015, registered at Police Station DD Nagar, Raipur, Distt. Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 120B of the IPC, 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.
2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case, the manner in which Rs.7,90,000/- was looted from complainant Javendra @ Raju and consequent recovery of Rs.2,70,000/- from the applicant, I do not consider it a fit case for grant of regular bail to the applicant.
