This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.159/2015, registered at Police Station-Balko Nagar, District Korba (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 354/34 of the IPC.

After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after examination of material prosecution witnesses. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
