The defaults in the instant case stand ignored as of now. 2.

With the consent of learned Counsels for the parties, heard the matter finally at admission stage itself.

The limited grievance that Petitioner has in the present Writ Petition is that the Petitioner has completed requisite length of service on the post of TGT in English Subject and has become eligible for promotion to the post of PGT in English Subject.

According to Petitioner, from the available records, there are more than 25 posts lying vacant for PGT in English Subject where the Petitioner can be accommodated. He has already made a representation in this regard to the authorities concerned; but till date no decision has been taken. 5.

Given the aforesaid facts, let Respondents No.2 & 3 consider the claim of Petitioner for promotion to the post of PGT in English Subject, subject to the Petitioner fulfilling the eligibility criteria under the service regulations and scheme governing the service conditions of Petitioner, at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
