The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.79/2017, registered at Police Station Ganj, District Raipur for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 419, 420 read with Section 34, 120-B of IPC.

Considering the fact that the applicant has impersonated as an Income Tax Officer and extorted huge amount from the complainant and later on he has been identified during TI Pared, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to repeat his prayer after examination of the complainant.
