1. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that this Court by order dated 5.10.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 2841 of 2018 directed the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Sub-Divisional Officer-cumLand Acquisition Officer, Arang/ Abhanpur with a direction to the SubDivisional Officer to decide the application in accordance with law. It is further submitted by counsel for the petitioner, that when he approached respondent No.4, his prayer was not entertained, because of which, the petitioner is again before this Court.

2. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions and submits that the petitioner has failed to file a representation before respondent No.4, therefore, the petition is without substance.

-23. Considered on the submissions. Taking into consideration the earlier order of this Court dated 5.10.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No. 2841 of 2018, the petition is disposed of at motion stage.

4. The petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before respondent No.4 within a period of 15 days. If any such application is filed, in that case, respondent No.4 is directed to consider on the same and pass the appropriate order within a time limit of 60 days by taking into consideration the order of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 2841 of 2018 dated 5.10.2020.
