The limited relief that the petitioner prays for is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.2 & 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner for conducting skill test separately along with those persons, who have been appointed on compassionate basis and that they should not be subjected to skill test along with the candidates, who are appearing for direct recruitment. 2.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has made, let the respondents No. 2 & 3 take an appropriate decision on the representation (Annexure P/5), which the petitioner has made at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
