This petition has been brought under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of direction to respondents. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the husband of the petitioner died due to electrocution on 27-08-2021. The State Government has vide circular dated 10-09-2018 directed that in case of death due to electrocution the family of the injured/deceased person shall be given compensation of Rs.4,00,000/-. The petitioner has moved representation before respondent No.4 praying for grant of compensation which has not been decided so far. Hence, this petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposes the submission. However, he submits that appropriate order may be passed.

After considering on the submissions and perusing the documents filed along with the petition, this petition is disposed off at motion stage and respondent No.4 is directed to take up the case of the petitioner expeditiously and dispose off the same preferably within a period of 90 days from today taking cognizance of the memo issued by the Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. Raipur No.02-01/lkek-/fo|qr nq?kZVuk-/3663 dated 10-092018. 5.

The petition is disposed off.
