1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised is the noncorrection of the gradation list which the petitioner has been representing for long.
2. According to the petitioner, his initial date of appointment is of the year 1993 as is evident from Annexure P/1, but the gradation list shows that the persons, who have been subsequently appointed after the petitioner was appointed have been given seniority over and above the petitioner. He further submits that he has already made a couple of representation to the respondents, but the same has till date not been decided.
3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the respondents No.2 & 3 look into the grievance of the petitioner so far as the seniority is concerned as
compared to the persons, who have been appointed subsequently after the petitioner.
4. Let the petitioner make a fresh representation, in addition to the representation that he has already made till date, supported with all relevant records to establish all his contentions within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The respondents No.2 & 3 in turn shall consider and decide the said representation within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the representation.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
