At the outset, the order impugned dated 03.04.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambikapur, Surguja in Complaint Case No. 476/2017 is reviseable order. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage.

However, petitioners may question the order impugned before the appropriate revisional Court, if so advised. If any revision is preferred within a period of one month from today along with an application for condonation of delay in filing the same, the concerned Revisional Court shall consider the said application in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the entire order sheets commencing w.e.f. 11.01.2017 upto 03.04.2017 (Annexure P/1) to the counsel for the petitioners after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
