1. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 2917 of 2019. The said writ petition was got dismissed by a peremptory order passed by this Court on 02.05.2019.

2. Considering the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to justify, the MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed.

3. The WPS No, 2917 of 2019 accordingly stands restored to its original Number.

4. The default, if any, has to be cured within further period 10 days from today.

5. The MCC stands allowed and disposed off.
