1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P1 dated 20.03.2019. Vide the impugned order, the respondents have refused to entertain the application of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for admission, it is revealed that the petitioner is aged more than 40 years of age. The petitioner does not fall in any of the reserved category and does not have the liberty to taking any relaxation of age under any category.

-23. In view of the same, since the petitioner admittedly has crossed the maximum age limit for getting an employment in government service, this Court finds it difficult to consider the same as on date.
