1. Perused the P.U.D dated 29.06.2020 received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Durg (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that Appellant has been released from jail on 05.04.2019 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the concerned Trial Court.

2. Counsel for the Appellant submits that now he wants to withdraw the instant appeal.
