This application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 313/2015 registered at Police Station Pathalgaon, Distt. Jashpur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned State counsel submits that on the basis of communication dated 30/08/2016 no case is registered against the applicant under the Crime No. 313/2015.

Consequently, no separate order is required as per the submission made by the learned State counsel.
