1. The claim in the present writ petition is for a direction the respondent No.3 to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner so far as the reinstatement in service is concerned in the light of the letter issued by the Director, Health Services on 31.01.2018.

2. Without entering into the merits of the case, this Court intends to dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.3, in the light of the order dated 31.01.2018, to take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.

3. The Court has not expressed any opinion so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned. The respondents shall be free to take a decision in accordance to the Rules.
