3. The Junior Engineer, Chhattisgarh State Electricity Distribution Company Limited, Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa Chhattisgarh. --- Respondents 29.08.2019 Mr. Awadh Tripathi, counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Apurv Goyal, counsel for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the alternative remedy is available for redressal of grievance u/s 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003 before the Consumer Redressal Forum, he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding before the said Forum.

As prayed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceeding before the appropriate Forum.

Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order (Annexure P-3) to the counsel for the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same.

In the meanwhile, no disconnection of electricity shall be made for a period of one week.
