1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 19.09.2018 passed in WPS No. 6159 of 2018 by this Court.

2. The respondents have entered appearance and filed reply, along with the reply they have also filed Annexure R/1 dated 05.12.2018; whereby the claim of the petitioner/applicant was considered and the respondents have found that she was not entitled for the relief sought for.

3. Given the said facts that the application of the petitioner/applicant was decided and the respondents having decided the same, this Court is of the opinion that the order of the Court stands complied with and the only option left to the petitioner/applicant, if she is

-2aggrieved of the same is that, she could challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding.
