1. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has been granted Kramonnati vide order dated 13.08.2018, but the same till date has not been implemented and the petitioner has not been given monetary benefits as ordered.

2. The petitioner has made repeated representation in this regard, but no decision has been taken.

3. Considering the total facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondents No.2&3 take appropriate steps in ensuring that the order dated 13.08.2018 is complied with in its letter and spirit preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
