1. Father of victim/prosecutrix is present in person before this Court. He submits that he is having objection in grant of bail to applicant as he has forcibly took his minor daughter and committed forcible sexual intercourse with her.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination of material witnesses.

3. In view of above, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
