(2) By the impugned order dated 24.08.2015, the Special Judge (NDPS) Bilaspur has rejected the application filed by the applicant and granted liberty to the applicant to produce his witnesses in accordance with law.
(3) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I do not find any illegality in the impugned order as the trial Court has granted liberty to applicant to produce his witness in defence, if any and further did not find it expedient to call the said witnesses along with records.
