1. The petitioner, in the present writ petition, has prayed for deciding the representation dated 06.04.2019 (Annexure P-1). Issue pertains to the selection of the post of translator conducted in the establishment in the High Court of C.G. at Bilaspur.

2. During the course of arguments, it is revealed that the petitioner has already filed a writ petition i.e. 2939/2017 and which till date pending consideration before this Court.

3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the said writ petition against the same selection is already pending, this Court is of the opinion that the subsequent writ petition arising out of the same selection by the same petitioner would not be maintainable. If at all, if the petitioner intends, he can move appropriate application for amendment in the said writ petition by adding any additional relief

which the petitioner seeks for, the same cannot be permitted to be claimed by way of a fresh writ petition.

4. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail such remedy, in case, if he so wants. The present writ petition in its present form stands rejected as not maintainable.
