1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application for dependent employment with the respondents, but the same till date has not been finalized.

2. According to petitioner, his claim has been processed by the authorities, but no final decision has been taken till now.

3. Given the said facts, let the respondents No.2&3 take an early decision on the claim of the petitioner for dependent employment at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
