The present is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.99/2017, registered at Police Station Pendra, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Section 376 of IPC and Section 3(1)(12) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
