Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while filing bail application, due to typographical mistake, in place of correct surname "Shekhani", it has been typed as "Sherwani". He submits that this application has been moved by way of abandoned caution to avoid any future complications.

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose this prayer. 3.

In view of the above, the cause title is permitted to be corrected and it is directed that wherever word "Sherwani" used, it shall be read as "Shekhani". 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
