The applicant has preferred this bail application as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.216/2013, registered at Police Station Jutemil, District Raigarh (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

This is the second bail application before this Court under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. The first bail application was allowed by this Court on 09.05.2013.

The applicant has violated the terms of bail order and remained absent before the Sessions Court on the dates of hearing.

No case for entertaining this bail application is made out. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
