Though the petitioner has claimed for multiple relief, but this Court intends to entertain the writ petition only on the limited prayer of the petitioner that he has discharged his duties between 1.4.2018 to June, 2018 at the instance of the respondents and for the said period the petitioner has not received any salary.

This Court does not intend to keep the petition pending for this limited relief, rather, ends of justice would be served if the respondent no.2 is directed to verify the fact as to whether the petitioner has discharged his duties between 1.4.2018 to June, 2018 and whether the said duty which the petitioner has discharged was at the instance of the respondents and if he has discharged the said duties during the said period then the salary for the said period that was payable to him be released to him at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.
