Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 21/11/2017 This case was passed over. Today again it was called up, but no representation is made.
The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.318/2016 registered at Police Station - Amlipadar, District - Gariyaband (CG) for alleged commission of offences under Section 302, 201, 34 of IPC. 2.
Case of the prosecution is that the applicant committed murder of Raghunath, his own father.

After going through the case diary, it is found that the case of the prosecution is based on extra judicial confession of the applicant before one Halman Dhurwa. The other circumstances relied upon by the prosecution is that before the incident, a quarrel had taken place between the applicant and the deceased as stated by one of the witness of the prosecution.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid material, I am not inclined to grant bail
