1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.1 for grant of permission for taking admission in Master of Veterinary Science under the Universityrespondent No.4.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondents authorities for grant of permission/NOC, which has till date not been decided. Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the respondent No.2 has forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the respondent No.1 on 23.08.2019 which is pending for consideration.

3. Given the limited prayer that the petitioner has, let the respondent No.1 consider and decide the case of the petitioner for grant of permission for taking admission in Master of Veterinary Science in accordance with law.

4. Let this exercise be completed by the respondent No.1 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
