2. The instant contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners herein, alleging noncompliance of this Court's order dated 30.06.2021 passed in W.P.(S.) No.3703/2009.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondents/contemnors to ensure compliance of the Court's order dated 30.06.2021 passed by this Court.

4. Petitioners may also make additional representation along with the copy of this order within ten days from today before the

respondents and, in turn, the respondents shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 30.06.2021 in its letter and spirit expeditiously.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed off.
